At the heart of DiBlasi’s is chef Greg Maganzini’s simple mission: feed the people—and find joy in doing it.

We built this place around that idea. Not around a food trend or a genre, but around a feeling. The feeling Greg grew up with in a packed house full of loud conversations, kids running around, and the smell of his mother’s cooking filling every corner. It’s the joy of watching people “dig in” to something made with soul. The food is inspired by his roots in the Trentino region of Italy, but not confined by them—just like our menu, which blends wholesome comfort with creativity and heart.

You’ll notice the silhouette of the Dolomite mountains in our logo. That’s not just a design choice—it’s a tribute. Greg’s family comes from the Trentino region of Northern Italy, where the Dolomites rise over small villages built on tradition, hard work, and gathering around the table. Those mountains are a symbol of where his roots begin, but they also represent what we’re building here: something solid, welcoming, and grounded in real hospitality. They’re a reminder that the spirit of DiBlasi’s comes from that same place—humble kitchens, big families, and the joy of feeding the people.  DiBlasi’s is a nod to the past, but it’s very much a place for the now - and the future.  A spot for the community.  For whoever walks through the door hungry and looking for something real.
